Rushantha Samarasinghe.
Manager - Administration of ADRO tours was a school principal in Sri Lanka principal service who holds a bachelor of education degree and national diploma in teaching from national institute of education Sri Lanka. He gained over 25 years experience in field of administration and management. He engages in Sri Lanka tourism industry as a tourist guide lecturer since 2017. Expert knowledge in ancient archeology and Sri Lankan culture and active member of field ornithology group of Sri Lanka. Dedicated to providing clients with the best customer service driving as a hobby and tourism as a passion . Additionally he is a coach for the Western province cricket association and Sri Lanka badminton association.
Osanda Nadilka.
Managing Director of ADRO tours holds a bachelor degree of computer science and software engineering from university of Bedfordshire. In addition he is a fully qualified graphic designer and W/ Fire Mas in full-stack developer in role play server. He involves the coordination of various activities such as planning, organizing, controlling and leading to achieve ADRO tours goals.
Ayush Aththalapitiya.
Administration, Marketing & Operations Director of ADRO tours holds a L.L.B special degree from General sir John Kothalawala Defence University and BA. (hons) in Economics Special degree from university of Colombo. Who aims to find an opportunities to gain academic and working experience, decision making and gaining knowledge, team commitment, solid work ethics and fashion skills, while making significant contribution to the growth and success of the company.
Damitha Welgama.
Manager - Marketing of ADRO tours holds a national diploma in teaching from national institute of education Sri Lanka and gained 30 years of working experience as a teacher of English. She has followed marketing management course from the open university of Sri Lanka. She is an expert for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, developing and managing budgets, researching and analyzing market trends.
Induwari Amashadi
Manager - Operations & Legal Officer of ADRO Tours is an Attorney-at-Law in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and holds a L.L.B from General Sir John Kothelawala Defence Unversity. A self-driven individual constantly trying to push herself out of comfort zone to develop her potential.
Also, she is passionate about her personality in academic,workplace and excell in leadership qualities. As a responsible citizen of Sri Lanka, currently she is holding the office of Immediate Past President of Leo Club of Kolonnawa which is a part of Lions International.
